2026.3.006 corrects several problems with Commercial Records Storage invoice printing and emailing, including invoices from other companies appearing in printed output, and custom-format invoices that could not be emailed.

All changes in 2026.3.006

Commercial Records Storage

  • Storage invoice printing could include invoices from another company Fixed

Applies to: all Commercial Records Storage customers printing or emailing storage invoices.

When printing storage invoices, the report was not limited to the company you were working in, so invoices belonging to another company could appear in the printed output. This affected both the standard and custom invoice formats, and could also occur when printing or emailing a single invoice, because invoice numbers are only unique within a company. Invoice printing is now correctly limited to the company you are working in.

  • Custom-format invoices could not be emailed Fixed

Applies to: Commercial Records Storage customers using a custom invoice format.

Individual invoice PDFs were never produced for custom invoice formats, so there was no invoice to attach and emailing could not complete. Each invoice to be emailed now has its PDF created as expected.

  • Invoice emails could go to the wrong recipients Fixed

Applies to: Commercial Records Storage customers emailing custom-format invoices.

When emailing custom-format invoices, the first invoice in a batch could pick up email addresses set up for other modules rather than only those marked for Commercial Records billing, and customer details for the invoice were not always read correctly. Email recipients are now matched to the correct customer and to Commercial Records billing addresses only.

  • PDFs were created for invoices that could not be emailed Fixed

Applies to: Commercial Records Storage customers emailing invoices.

Invoice PDFs were generated for every invoice in a batch, including customers with no email address on file, leaving files that were never sent. PDFs are now only created for invoices that are actually going to be emailed.
